Made a splash

Cheap as chips Spectral Compute secured a £4.5m seed round led by Costanoa to help companies run Nvidia-based AI code on alternative chips, avoiding hardware backlogs and lock-ins. Funding will support go-to-market expansion and deepen product development.

Compliance-officer-as-a-service Adclear raised an oversubscribed £2m seed round led by Outward VC. The platform is used by top finance brands and banks to deliver compliance feedback on social and marketing content. Funding will expand the team and roll out new products and services.

Helping trash talk Limetrack landed £1.3m from Innovate UK and various angels to scale its IoT-enabled “SMART” bin that automatically weighs and reports commercial food waste. The investment will accelerate deployment across the UK and Europe.

Turn this into a podcast Aloudable secured £270k pre-seed led by SFC Capital to authenticate its text-to-podcast tool for businesses. Funding will support team growth and continued development of its audio platform.

Governance for the AI age AI Score launches from GALLOS venture studio with over £750k pre-seed to help organisations govern AI systems safely and responsibly. Funding will help expand the product across more sectors.
