Made a splash

Benchmarking electrification Modo Energy landed a £25m Series B led by Molten Ventures to build the global standard for valuing battery and renewable energy assets. Its AI software system helps customers interrogate performance, risk and capital allocation.

Outperforming Google Minitap raised a £3m seed round co-led by Moxxie Ventures and Mercuri to accelerate mobile-app development using AI agents. Already beating Google DeepMind’s mobile benchmark, they plan to use funding to expand its product capabilities.

Taking control of AI search Searchable secured £3m funding led by Freestyle VC to help marketing teams see how their brand is represented in AI search results. The company plans to expand its team and product, providing customers with recommendations on how to improve brand visibility.

Cleaning up the ocean OceanSaver secured £1.9m funding from Mercia Ventures to expand its eco-friendly cleaning product range. Its plastic-free products have saved more than 15 million pieces of plastic from going into the ocean.

Mapping renewable bottlenecks Feasibly landed £200k in pre-seed funding from PXN Ventures to commercially launch its AI-powered geospatial platform that helps plan renewable energy projects faster.

A force of AI consultants Ascentra Labs raised a £1.5m pre-seed round from NAP to build AI tools that accelerate the consulting process for consulting and PE teams. Funding will expand its product suite and support entry into the US.
